iI was an employee at baymont in san angelo texas. august 7th 2014 was told by jennifer my services were no longer needed due to low customer service. iI was told iI was on call if needed iI call weekly and get no respond from no body. iI am going to get my lawyer and figure out why several other woman have been hired and iI was never called back. Room smelled like smoke..waffle maker broke..breakfast clerk using bare hands to restock breaded items (muffins, biscuits, bread etc).when addressed her about her bare hands she responded she just washed her hands..possibly may been true but she just opened the storage door. .the boxes to get bread now to restock with bare hands too many germs going on best practice safety for everyone they... We stayed at the Baymont Inn in Anderson Ca. If we could have left to another hotel we would have.drunks in the parking lot and hallway outside our room,a peel out and crash into a fence.slamming doors,people standing out in hall outside our room,drunk saying so e thing to my son when he went to get something out of the car.I think next time e we will stay elsewhere.this is no way to run a... ROACHES and manager will not return calls. I demand a full refund. Only stayed there 3 hours and when i complained they threatened to call police on me. Horrible service. Add comment

Baymont Inn, Mt. Pleasant Michigan, employee: John. I have never in my life had the service like I did last night at any hotel service in my life. John, an elderly man at the hotels front desk did more then make our stay the best hotel stay. I was told it was a contract with a league & I took one of their rooms and could not get the reduced rate. Why would a league team be overcharged $30 per night? Stayed 1 night in May. Arrived late and very tired so I didn't check out the place. Needed shower in AM but no wash cloths or small towels. Had to use large bath towel. Corner of shower ceiling was falling in and there was black mold all over inside shower. Breakfast consisted of 2 small tubes of cereal w. milk and toast (that was it). Coffee too cold to drink. We stayed at Baymont Inn at Lawton, Ok and the rooms were hot because the air condition kept shutting off so we had ask for a fan to circulate the cool air around. Next, we brought our dogs and left them in our room then the hotel called me several times while on vocation to remove our dogs cause they are disturbing the other guest.
