To start things off, I called directly to the Baymont in Washington, IN to book my room. Well it was the worst evening I've ever had in my life 1st room wasn't cleaned at all when we walked in to the room and then went to a 2nd one and roaches were in it and ac didn't work room was hot when I walk through the door and the finally 3rd room was good finally at 6am in the morning and no sleep at all because scared going to get bit by a bug and check out is at 11am so terrible night and... Front desk was horrible service. Breakfast was very crappy. Nothing to drink but water or milk. There was hair in the tub and the bathroom floor was swept. I want have our money back. Add comment

Christy at baymont inn and suites in lakeland fl, very disrespectful , she place a hold on my credit card for 50 dollars , I ask her why she explain it was necessary to do so for incidentals, whick she caharge my card and now I am fighting to get my money back, but what really upset me was she told me if I didnt like it I could go some where esle, she was mean and ugly. Baymont Inn at Plainfield Indiana ran my debit card even though paid with cash and caused negative $800. They blame the bank. Also charged me for extra people without notice. And room ac did t work. Add comment

iI was an employee at baymont in san angelo texas. august 7th 2014 was told by jennifer my services were no longer needed due to low customer service. iI was told iI was on call if needed iI call weekly and get no respond from no body. iI am going to get my lawyer and figure out why several other woman have been hired and iI was never called back. Room smelled like smoke..waffle maker broke..breakfast clerk using bare hands to restock breaded items (muffins, biscuits, bread etc).when addressed her about her bare hands she responded she just washed her hands..possibly may been true but she just opened the storage door. .the boxes to get bread now to restock with bare hands too many germs going on best practice safety for everyone they...
